We want to understand the vision you have for your new home and how it fits with your lifestyle, the size of your family and your future plans.
Where do you want to enjoy the morning sun? Where do you eat your meals? Do you need more than one home office or a special room for craft projects?
Every one of your desires is important and we include them all in the design of your home. To design your home we use software that enables us to show you your design and allows you to get a feel for your new home and how the rooms work together. Changes can be made easily at this stage, and a variety of ideas can be explored. This is where your dream starts to become a reality.
COST OF BUILDING...
We give you a final number you can count on.
The computer software program we use to design your home enables us to calculate the exact amount of materials and labor it will take to build. That way we can give you a firm construction cost you can count on…start to finish.
We also make sure we understand the quality and design preferences you have for items like flooring, lighting, cabinetry and plumbing fixtures. It’s important to us that your allowance figures for these items be realistic so you have no unpleasant surprises when you’re ready to add these amenities to your home. With almost every project there will be changes made along the way. You will find us very accommodating to your wishes and very straight forward in giving you cost estimates and waiting for approval before we proceed so there are no big surprises at the end.
